An exporter’s own label, in the making since 1996.

Noble Marketing, a Bangkok company, describes its job as procuring and selecting food, drink and ingredients from Thailand for consumers abroad. It says its list runs to hundreds of items.

By the brand’s own account its Thai taste has been developed since 1996, and Madame Wong is established in more than 30 countries.

  • Frozen durian

    Monthong durian as frozen flesh, seeded or seedless, and as the whole fruit.

  • Durian desserts and ice cream

    A durian ice stick, durian mochi ice cream and durian panna cotta. Ice cream on a coconut-milk formula comes in flavours that include durian, coconut, mango and taro.

  • Sauces and pastes

    Sauces include Sriracha chilli, sweet chilli, Pad Thai and fish sauce. Curry pastes include green, red, Panang and Massaman.
