01The brand
Buono says it introduced mochi ice cream to Thailand.
Buono began in 2001, after a trip to Italy left its founders with a love of gelato. From its factory in Nakhon Pathom the company makes and exports frozen desserts and novelties, frozen ready meals and snacks, and says all of it is 100% plant-based.
Mochi Ice is made on coconut milk. The brand describes it as vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free.
