Bruno · Thai brownie snacks — Million Foods bakes them two ways: as a crisp and as a cube.

Bruno is the brownie crisp of Million Foods Co., Ltd., a snack maker in Samut Sakhon, Thailand; its second label, I’m Bruno, adds the brownie cubes. CGC Global represents the brand and supplies it to retail chains, wholesalers and importers.

01The brand

Million Foods calls the crispy coconut brownie its signature.

It also calls it a uniquely Thai treat. The company gives 2012 as its founding year and describes itself as a premium snack manufacturer, specialising in baked biscuit products such as crispy brownies and cookies.

The packs say “Made with Coconut”, and the maker describes the product as gluten free. Its production, it states, is certified to GMP, GHPs and HACCP.

05Questions

Two labels, and how the goods travel.

Are Bruno and I’m Bruno the same product?

Both are brownie crisps from Million Foods, under two labels. I’m Bruno adds a red velvet dark chocolate flavour, and it is the label on the brownie cubes.

Does Bruno need a refrigerated container?

No. Brownie crisps and cubes are ambient goods and travel dry, in a container they can share with other Thai snacks. Orders start at a full container, 20′ or 40′, and the lead time is 4–8 weeks, plus transit.
